How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?

Our community is ideally located near some of the best destinations in the Charlotte region—just 25 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, 15 minutes from Lake Norman, and only 7 minutes from Birkdale Village and downtown Huntersville. Residents enjoy easy access to top shopping, dining, entertainment, as well as nearby parks and greenways for outdoor recreation.

What lease terms do you offer?

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 18 months, allowing residents to choose an option that best fits their lifestyle and long-term housing needs in the Huntersville area.

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes, our pet-friendly community welcomes pets of all breeds and sizes with no weight restrictions. We proudly partner with PetScreening to verify pets and emotional support animals (ESAs), and residents can enjoy a convenient on-site pet spa designed for easy grooming and care.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are based on individual usage to give residents more control over their monthly expenses. Water is billed directly through the resident portal, while electricity is set up through EnergyUnited. High-speed Spectrum Wi-Fi is already installed in each home and included for a flat monthly fee of $75, ensuring seamless connectivity from day one.

Is parking included?

Each apartment home comes with one complimentary parking space, providing added convenience and value. Our single-family homes include private garages, and we also offer EV charging stations and optional reserved parking for $50 per month to accommodate your lifestyle.

What schools or public transit options are nearby?

Families have access to highly regarded local schools, including Huntersville Elementary, Bailey Middle School, and William Amos Hough High School. For commuters, the Huntersville Gateway Park & Ride offers convenient access to CATS bus service with direct routes to Uptown Charlotte, making daily travel simple and efficient.

Are the apartments furnished?

Our apartment homes are offered unfurnished, giving residents the freedom to personalize their space and create a home that reflects their unique style and preferences.
